Rescuers have pulled out 19 victims, including four dead people, from the rubble of a building collapse in the southwestern province of Kep, Cambodian, as of January 3 night.
The Cambodian Government has offered 70,000 USD as support to the family of each dead victim of the building collapse that happened on June 22 in Preah Sihanouk province, which is the most deadly incident in the country for years.
