Vietnam’s agro-forestry-fishery exports were estimated to hit 32.3 billion USD in the first seven months of 2022, up 12.2% against the same period last year. Four commodities with export value exceeding 2 billion USD included coffee, rice, shrimp and wooden products.

Agro-forestry-fishery exports hit about 23.2 billion USD in the first five months of 2022, posting a year-on-year increase of 16.8 percent. Nine groups of products saw export values of more than 1 billion USD in the period, including coffee, rubber, rice, cashew and vegetables.

Among key farm produce of Vietnam, rice, rubber, cassava and cassava products recorded growth in export value in 2020.

Of the export staples, six commodities registered an export value of over 10 billion USD in 2020.

Five commodities record export values of over 10 billion USD in the first nine months of 2020.

Five commodities had export values exceeded 1 billion USD in August, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The Mekong Delta city of Can Tho’s goods and service export revenue reached nearly 1.43 billion USD in the first nine months of 2017, up 15.38 percent year on year, local officials said on November 1.

The total export turnover of agro-forestry-fishery sector in the first nine months of 2017 showed a yearly increase of 14.1 percent.

The December consumer price index (CPI) in Hanoi fall slightly, the municipal Statistics Office (GSO) reported.
