The northern province of Bac Ninh is looking to lure more Korean investments, pledging to create the best conditions for both large corporations and small- and medium-sized enterprises to invest in the province, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh has said.

Favourable business climate and a large consumption market have made Ho Chi Minh City become an attractive destination for high-tech agriculture.

The northern province of Ha Nam and Gyeonggi province in the south of the Republic of Korea (RoK) will promote cooperation in socio-economy and culture, per a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) inked between the two localities on October 12.

Another 32 cities and provinces nationwide have committed to creating optimal conditions for businesses, raising the total number of localities to more than 40.

The tax sector has devised multiple measures to ensure the budget collection target is met in the second half of this year.
