Vietnamese students whose films won high prizes at the 12th short-film making contest for Vietnamese students have been invited to attend another contest to be held in Japan in November.
The UK Government, in conjunction with the Luang Prabang Film Festival, the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), has launched a short-film making contest on illegal wildlife trade, said the UK Embassy in Vietnam on June 12.
An awarding ceremony for the 11th national student film making contest was held in Hanoi on September 22 by the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Japanese embassy in Vietnam.
Vietnamese secondary and high school students are being encouraged to
take part in a film contest organised by the Japanese Embassy and the
Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
