The southern metropolis Ho Chi Minh City will set off fireworks in four venues to celebrate the 41 st anniversary of the liberation of south Vietnam and national reunification (April 30).
Fireworks will light up the capital city of Hanoi’s sky on the Lunar New Year’s Eve (February 7) at 30 display venues, local authorities recently announced.
Police will launch campaigns to deter violations related to firecrackers, weapons, explosive materials and similar items in key border areas to assure a safe and peaceful Tet holiday.
Da Nang will host a virtual fireworks competition next year as a biennial event, which will alternate with the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition.
