Vinashin’s former General Director detained
The Ministry of Public Security announced on December 10 that its Investigation Police Agency has started legal proceedings against the temporarily detained former General Director Truong Van Tuyen and Deputy General Director Pham Thanh Son of the Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (Vinashin).
