Delegations of the central border province of Quang Binh and Laos’ Khammouane province on November 22 held talks and inked a comprehensive friendship cooperation agreement between the two localities.

The central province of Thanh Hoa held a meeting on August 24 to mark 50 years since it inked a friendship cooperation agreement with Laos’ Houaphan province.
