The merger and acquisition (M&A) scene in Vietnam has become increasingly active with more domestic firms setting up ties with global partners so their brands can reach global customers and develop domestically.
Given Vietnam’s upcoming role hosting the World Economic Forum on ASEAN (WEF ASEAN) during September 11-13, the central city of Da Nang is making every effort to promote its potential and strength to the world’s leading partners and businesses.
Vietnam has been interested in joining the global supply chain and management governance, which is considered an effective competitive tool for businesses to control the market, build up confidence among customers and increase profits and connectivity with global partners, said a trade official.
