Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has freshly signed a dispatch on giving shelter and providing social welfare to the homeless in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

For the last eight years, thousands of local and foreign students from Ho Chi Minh City's universities have taken part in an annual campaign that helps those in need during the Tet (Lunar New Year).
