Ho Chi Minh City’s authorities on October 27 issued its decision to allow in-person dining to resume from October 28, after five months of closure and delivery-only operations due to the severe COVID-19 outbreak.
However, many people are also surprised when some famous pho restaurants in the Old Quarter area, such as noodle shops on Au Trieu, Ly Quoc Su, or Bat Dan streets have not reopened.
