Vietnam reported 9,373 new COVID-19 cases, including 13 imported ones, in the past 24 hours to 5pm on September 18, more than 2,000 less than the previous day, according to the Ministry of Health.
An additional 11,932 COVID-19 infections, including 5 imported cases, were recorded in the last 24 hours to 5pm on September 11, raising the national tally to 601,349, the Ministry of Health announced.
Vietnam recorded 9,521 domestic COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours to 5pm on September 4, down 5,373 infections against the previous day, according to the Ministry of Health.

Ho Chi Minh City will begin the fifth phase of its COVID-19 vaccination drive on July 22, with 930,000 doses to be administered, according to the municipal Department of Health.
Vietnam reported 2,787 new COVID-19 cases, including 12 imported, over nearly 12 hours to 6am on July 21, raising the national total to 65,607, according to the Ministry of Health.
Vietnam logged in 2,155 new infections of COVID-19, including one imported case, from 6:30pm on July 19 to 6am on July 20, taking the national count to 60,180, according to the Ministry of Health.
Vietnam logged 3,098 new COVID-19 cases on July 18 morning, including 2,472 newly detected cases and 626 cases additionally registered to the Ministry of Health data system by Ho Chi Minh City.
