Vietnam has always attached importance to cooperation with the German state of Hessen and regards this as an example for relations between the country and foreign localities.

Science ministers from ASEAN, and the Republic of Korea (RoK), China and Japan, met in Daejeon, RoK on October 20 to discuss ways to form a network of cooperation in science and technology.
