Nearly 6.4 million poor and near-poor households had access to loans from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) as of December 31, 2021.

The Vietnam Bank for Social Policy (VBSP) provided preferential loans
totalling 23.8 trillion VND (1.1 billion USD) for 1.1 million clients in
the first six months of this year.
