The northern coastal province of Quang Ninh hopes to receive 10 million visitors this year if the COVID-19 pandemic is well contained.

With a convenient location in Bai Tu Long Bay and adjacent to the world natural heritage site of Ha Long Bay, Van Don island district in the northeastern coastal province of Quang Ninh has many advantages to develop tourism, especially sea and island tourism.

More than 1 million tourists visited the northern province of Quang Ninh between February 2 and 14, a record number of visitors during a Lunar New Year holiday (Tet).
