Women have given birth to a total of 5,643 babies via in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) at Tu Du Obstetrics Hospital in HCM City since 1998.

The Hue Central Hospital has so far delivered 1,000 babies conceived via in vitro fertilisation (IVF) after 10 years of practising the technique.

As many as 180 children with different deformities in the northern mountainous province of Dien Bien have been receiving free medical checks-up and surgeries under a charity programme from June 18-24.
