Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) and the Lao Ministry of Post and Telecommunication (MPT) on October 3 reached an agreement on cell phone jamming avoidance at their shared border.
According to the agreement, Thailand’s DTAC company and the Lao ETL company will both reduce the level of their cell phone signals while retaining the maximise use of their frequencies at the border.-VNA
