Secretary General of the opposition People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) Suthep Thaugsuban topped the list.
Bangkok Post quoted Yutthana Praedam, DSI's special cases specialist, as saying that Tarit Pengdith, chief of the agency, has been called to testify to the court.
Meanwhile, the Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order (CMPO) has warned 30 private enterprises to stop supporting PDRC's protests.
