A delegation of US officials and businesses paid a working visit to northern Vinh Phuc province on September 20 to study investment environment in the province.
The province’s leaders introduced the guests to local socio-economic situation, strengths and development orientations and pledged to create favourable conditions for US businesses to invest in the fields of hi-tech industry and car manufacturing.
The US delegation headed by Sherman Katz, a Senior Advisor of the Centre for the Study of the Presidency and Congress, also made a fact-finding tour to the South Dam Vac urban area, Piaggio Vietnam limited company and Ba Thien industrial park in Vinh Phuc.-VNA
