Washington D.C. (VNA) - The US Navy and the Royal Thai Navy began the 24th annual Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) exercise in Pattaya, Thailand, on June 14.
The multi-national exercise series is organised in bilateral phases with regional nations and is designed to enhance capabilities in a broad spectrum of naval operations.
