Viet has first tourney win

Viet spent 2hr 11.47min in the 100km stage from Da Latto Bao Loc city in Lam Dong province, just slightly ahead of teammateTruong Nguyen Thanh Nhan and Nguyen Van Xuyen of Vinh Binh Rice-AnGiang.

Finishing in the first group, tour leader Ho Van Phuc ofADC-Vinh Long Television still maintains his position after six stages,with a time of 19:03.36.

He was followed by Nguyen Truong Tai of Domesco Pharmacy-Dong Thap and Tran Le Minh Tuan of Military Zone 7.

Le Nguyet Minh of Eximbank-HCM City is currently the best cyclist, with 49 points.

Vinh Long Television remained firmly on top of the team's ranking with atime of 57:13.35, while Military Zone 7 and Dong Thap lag behind.

The annual race concludes today as athletes bicycle from Xuan Loc townin Dong Nai province to Ho Chi Minh City's Hoc Mon district on a 128kmcourse.-VNA
