Global investment Goldman Sachs group of the US lists Vietnam among the 11 next emerging economies in the world.
Vietnam is grouped with Mexico , Nigeria , Egypt , Turkey , Iran , Pakistan , Bangladesh , Indonesia , the Republic of Korea and the Philippines in the so-called N-11.
According to Goldman Sachs, the N-11 selection is based on these countries’ population size, production capacity of consumer commodities, purchasing power and abundant natural resources.
The group said those elements create a huge strength for the N-11 group to attract global investors in the coming years./.
