Vietnam, Laos Writers’ Associations strengthen cooperation

Talking with a Vietnam News Agency correspondent after a pressconference on the third Mekong Literature Award Ceremony, in Vientianeon March 15, Chanthi Duonsavan said that over the past years, the twoassociations have closely cooperated with each other, especially inorganising writing contests on the Vietnam-Laos special friendship.

He expressed thanks for the Vietnam Writers’ Association’s effectiveassistance and said what the two association have done over the pastdecades have helped increase mutual understandings between the twopeoples, thus fostering the friendship between the two nations./.
