Over the past eight decades, the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) has grown stronger, retaining its position as the mainstream information source domestically while earning international credibility through global partnerships and a strong presence in global hotspots.
Khieu Kanharith, Senior Advisor to the King of Cambodia, member of the National Assembly, and member of the Central Committee of the Cambodian People’s Party, has praised the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) for its role in the century-long journey of Vietnam’s revolutionary press.
On the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) on September 15, Sokmom Nimul, Director General of the Cambodian News Agency (AKP), gave an interview to VNA correspondents in Phnom Penh. The AKP Director General highlighted the role of the national news agency in Vietnam’s revolutionary press, and in promoting mutual understanding between the Vietnamese people and the world, particularly with Cambodia.
With more than 1,000 precious photos and concise articles, the book chronicles the evolution and growth of Vietnam’s revolutionary press in tandem with the key milestones of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the nation’s broader revolutionary path.
