Vietnamese athletes won another two medals at the ongoing 17 th Asian Games (ASIAD 17) on September 23 in Incheon, the Republic of Korea.
Wushu athlete Nguyen Thanh Tung won a bronze in the men’s taiji category with a total 19.24 points, 9.62 points for each taijijian and taijiquan performance.
He finished after China’s Chen Zouli, who obtained 19.55 points.
Later that day, Nguyen Tien Nhat, Nguyen Phuoc Den and Truong Tran Nhat Minh won another bronze medal for Vietnam, after losing 25-45 to the RoK in the semi-final of the men’s team epee fencing category.-VNA
