The ongoing Vietnam Summer Camp 2024 will enable young overseas Vietnamese (OVs) to witness the country's modern and dynamic development, helping deepen their understanding of the nation, and encouraging them to contribute to its future development, according to Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang.
A delegation of 120 young overseas Vietnamese from 27 countries and territories around the world attend an incense offering ceremony at Thuong temple and the temple dedicated to Father Lac Long Quan in the Hung Kings temple historical relic area in the northern province of Phu Tho, on July 15.
Approximately 600 delegates are expected to attend the 4th World Conference of Overseas Vietnamese (OV) and the 2024 forum of OV intellectuals and experts scheduled to take place in Hanoi from August 21-28.
