Vietnam will join the 54 th Asia – Pacific film Festival (APFF) 2010, which is scheduled to be held in Taiwan (China) from Dec. 2-4.
According to the Cinema Department ., four Vietnamese films to attend the event include one feature, two documentaries and one cartoon. They are Long Thanh Cam Gia Ca (A Singer of Thang Long Capital) by Director Dao Ba Son, Nguoi Thap Lua (The Burner) by Director Nguyen Nhu Vu, Dao Ly Son (Ly Son Island) by Director Cong Thanh Duc and Chiec La (Leaf) by Director Hong Son.
The festival is expected to draw the participation of film-makers from 18 countries and territories, who will compete in three different categories, namely feature, documentary and short film./.
