Jutatip Mannephan of Thailand won the gold medal, and Hsiao Mei Yu of Taiwan (China) carried off the bronze medal in the 126km road race.

Also the day, the Vietnam women’s football team was lost 0-3 to Japan in the first semifinal match at the Incheon Football Stadium.

The Vietnamese footballers will play for the third place with the losers of the match between the RoK and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on October 1.

After nine days of competition, Vietnam has achieved 29 medals, including one gold, eight silver and 20 bronze medals.-VNA
