Vietnamese cuisine promoted in Hong Kong

A Vietnamese food festival is taking place in Hong Kong (China) from June 12 to July 14 to promote the Vietnamese cuisine.

Chef Le Quang, Executive Sous Chef of New World Hoiana Beach Resort in Vietnam’s Hoi An city presents a range of authentic recipes showcasing the flavours from the ancient city, accented by ingredients and condiments from his hometown.

Café East's dinner buffet will feature over 20 Vietnamese specialties, served on a rotational basis. Menu highlights include fresh spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes, braised fish in clay pot, banh mi, and more.

Classic Vietnamese dishes such as Pho noodle soup and Bun Cha will be available every night.
