Vietnamese film “Mua Len Trau” (Buffalo Boy) was selected to be screened at the opening ceremony of the “2011 International week and film festival” in Malaysia on March 21, highlighting the country’s culture and humanity.
The week, organised by the Malaysia University , attracted the participation of 10 countries, namely Japan , Germany , Russia , France , Portugal , Myanmar , the Republic of Korea , Italy , Thailand and Vietnam .
Vietnam ’s booth drew the attention of visitors with the diverse and unique objects on display, which included books, fine art articles and handicraft products.
Visitors also had a chance to watch films which introduced Vietnam ’s landscape.
The week will last until March 25./.
