
Hanoi (VNA) - Nguyen Thi That of Vietnam grabbed a yellow jersey in acycling tournament in Switzerland on March 25.
Wearing the jersey of the International Cycling Union (UCI) and having trainedat the UCI’s centre, That competed with six other athletes from differentcountries in the Grand-Prix Crevoisier 2018.
The tournament which debuted in 2007 has been attracting professional ridersfrom Europe. The athletes cycled only one stage, in which the men toured 10rounds of 15km each, and the women cycled five rounds.
The Vietnamese cyclist brought into play her strength, which is the sprint, tofinish first in the women’s class with a timing of 1 hour and 55.35 minutes.
Zanettin Chiara from Italia’s Valcar Pbm was second.
