The Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium on July 8 presented the Foreign Ministry’s certificates of merit to overseas Vietnamese in Belgium and Luxembourg , who have made great contribution to national construction in the homeland.
Addressing the ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg , Nguyen Manh Dung, who is also head of the Vietnamese representative mission to the United Nations, praised the overseas Vietnamese ‘s earnest feelings towards their homeland and their tireless efforts to help fellow countrymen back home.
He wished the 13,000-strong Vietnamese community in Belgium and Luxembourg health and happiness and expressed his hopes that they will continue making contributions to developing the homeland./.
