He briefed participants on the relations between the twocountries over the past 50 years, especially the bilateral strategicpartnership in two areas of climate change response and water resourcesmanagement, and agriculture and food security.
The diplomat suggested a number of topics that theassociation should focus on, especially in the issues of Vietnam’s demands.
The Vietnam Association of Science-Technology and InformationTechnology in the Netherlands made debut on February 5, 2023, gatheringVietnamese intellectuals in the European country in many sectors such asagriculture, electronics, semi-conductor, IT, energy, and AI.
The association, which has 60 members, aims to form a networkconnecting intellectuals, creating favourable conditions for them to exchangeexperience, information and career opportunities, thus developing together andmake contributions to the community and the Fatherland.
This is the first time the association has held an in-person meeting with theparticipation of the Vietnamese Ambassador to the Netherlands./.
