Vietnamese, Japanese real estate firms form joint venture

PMC Community, a joint venture between the Japanese joint stock companies Asia Business Investment (ABI) and KS Community (KS), and Vietnam’s PMC Building Management and Exploitation JSC (PMC), has officially been launched in Hanoi.

To ensure an effective management structure in Vietnam, the majority of the joint venture’s staff is made up of Vietnamese nationals. However, senior positions are occupied by Vietnamese and Japanese managers.

Yuji Koyama, a Japanese senior manager, said all the members of the joint venture would be provided with access to all the latest knowledge and technology to deliver Japanese-style services in the field of real estate.

In order to reach out to Japanese customers, PMC organised training courses for its staff and plans to send key personnel to Japan to research service provision and training programmes with a view to applying them at PMC Community.

ABI and KS are prestigious multi-sector enterprises that manage many large property projects in Japan. Meanwhile, PMC enjoys a good reputation in Vietnam with many real estate projects.

PMC runs a number of real estate complexes in Hanoi, in Da Nang city and in Ho Chi Minh City, such as Huyndai Hillstate, Mulberry Lane, Sky City, Dolphin Plaza, Cantavil Hoan Cau, Sunrise City and PARCSpring.-VNA
