HCM City (VNA) - Vietnamese pop idols Son Tung M-TP and Toc Tienhave been invited to participate in Seoul Fashion Week, which will begin on March 27.

Both singers are popular for their high-qualitymusic productions and fashion style.

Tung,24, was ranked 32 out of 55 in the I-Magazine Fashion Face Award for the AsianMale 2016 along with famous actors from theRepublic of Korea, China and Taiwan.

The ranking was based on votes from 380 photographers,stylists and make-up artists from 40 countries, compiled by editors ofI-Magazine in the UK, Hong Kong, China and theRepublic of Korea.

Tienwon Singer of the Year at the Elle Style Awards Vietnam 2016, given by fashionmagazine Elle Vietnam.

Seoul Fashion Week, to be held at theDongdeamun Design Plaza from March 27 to April 1, will feature the latestfall-winter collections of famous designers from theRoK and other countries.

Fashion brand names such as Jarret, Charm’s,Romanchic, A Bell and Blindness will also be shown.

During the trip to Seoul, the two singers willtake part in activities to promote their music. Tungwill host a fan meeting at the Ilchi Art Hall on March 28. The event isexpected to attract 300 people.

This year, he released two music videos, Lac Troi (Drifting)and Noi Nay Co Anh (I’m Here), whichyoung audiences have warmly welcomed. Within a day after release, the twovideos saw millions of views on YouTube.

In Seoul, the 27-year-old Tien will meet with Koreanmusic producer Kim Do Hoon, CEO of Rainbow Bridge World, the agency for thefour-member girl group Mamamoo. He has produced music for famous Korean bandsand singers like BTS, T-ara, CNBlue, Ailee and Wheesung.

“The meeting will create an opportunity for meto develop my music career,” said Tien.

The singer is one of four coaches for The VoiceVietnam 2017, a Vietnamese version of the American reality TV show The Voice.

She has followed pop dance music for threeyears. Last month, she surprised her fans with a ballad Em Khong La Duy Nhat (I’m Not the OnlyOne), which attracted more than 6.6 million views on YouTube within three weeksof release.

Both singers will be in Seoul from March 27-29.-VNA
