Vo Ha Duc Minh of Vietnam triumphed at the World Youth Baduk (Go) Festival in Inje, Gangwon, the Republic of Korea.
Minh won all four matches to take the championship title in the Elementary School High Group.
He was the only foreigner who won a title at the seventh festival, which was held from August 1-4. All seven other titles went to players from the Republic of Korea.
