Photos and objects on Vietnam and the country’s cuisine are beingshowcased at the Charleroi Expo 2011 in Charleroi city of Belgium.
Addressingthe opening ceremony of the event, Ambassador to Belgium Pham Sanh Chausaid Vietnam is one of the two countries chosen as the main theme ofthe expo “Let’s explore Vietnam”.
The expo will bring Belgium friends an image of a peaceful and beautiful Vietnam, Chau said.
Ondisplay on 1,200 sq.m are models on the One-Pillar Pagoda, Ha Long Bay,Hue imperial palace and craft villages of Vietnam as well as costumesof its ethnic minorities.
The annual expo is expected to last through Nov. 13./.
