Hanoi (VNA) – Vingroup, the Vietnamese property conglomerate has won three awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in Malaysia on April 8.

Vingroup won in the Best Mixed-use Development, Best High-rise Development and Best Residential Landscape Architecture categories

The two first awards went to Vinhomes Central Park, a small-sized green hub in an area of 14 hectares of green trees and Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vinhomes Times City – Park Hill in Hanoi was honoured as the Best Residential Landscape Architecture thanks to its green living space.

The three developments were also nominated to represent the Asia Pacific region at the International Property Awards to be held in London in December.

Previously, the group was voted as Vietnam’s best property company by the UK-based Acquisition International Magazine.-VNA

Regarding the ongoing negotiations on a Reciprocal Trade Agreement between the two countries, he emphasised that Vietnam remains consistent in its approach to the talks with the US, aiming for a bilateral agreement based on respect for sovereignty, independence, political system, harmonisation and balance of interests, as well as in line with international commitments and the development level of each country.
