The northern province of Vinh Phuc will mobilise different economic sectors to boost support industries.

Hanoi (VNA) – The northern province ofVinh Phuc will mobilise different economic sectors to boost support industries.

Under a programme on support industry developmentfor 2021-2025 recently issued by the provincial People’s Committee, supportindustries will play a key role in industrial development in Vinh Phuc.

The locality will poured over 94.7 billion VND (4.17million USD) into the programme, of which 66 billion VND comes from the Statebudget, and the remainder is sourced from organisations and individuals.

Agencies will carry out solutions to spur supportindustries such as stepping up the communication work, organising exhibitions,and developing markets at home and abroad.

The province will roll out support policies inpersonnel training and the research, development, application and transfer ofproduction technologies, while developing a portal for support industries.

It has set the goal of having 70 enterpriseseligible to become first-tier and second-tier suppliers for manufacturers ofautomobile, motorcycle, electronic products and partially supply for large enterprisesor corporations or exports by 2030./.

Hanoi targets 30,000 new enterprises in 2025

By the end of 2024, the number of registered enterprises in the capital city reached over 400,000, with about 220,000 operating. Notably, more than 98% of the operating firms are SMEs which create jobs for 55.1% of the local workforce and contribute over 40% of the city’s gross domestic product (GDP).

TH Group inaugurates large-scale dairy processing plant in Russia

The plant has a total capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day, with the first phase producing 500 tonnes daily. All milk used at the plant is sourced from TH’s high-tech farms in the Moscow and Kaluga oblasts.
