Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Nguyen Phu Binh has attended the 25 th congress of the Japanese Communist Party (JCP) in Shizuoka prefecture.
The Jan. 13 congress drew the participation of 1,100 delegates from all parts of Japan and representatives of 19 diplomatic corps in Japan .
JCP Chairman Kazuo Shii reviewed Japan ’s socio-economic development and major changes in the world to put forth policies and tasks for the party.
On the sidelines of the congress, the Vietnamese diplomat held meetings with Chairman Shii and other leaders of the JCP during which he highlighted the practical content of the party’s report. He took the occasion to convey Vietnamese Party and State leaders’ congratulations to the congress.
The JCP leader also wished the 11 th congress of the Vietnamese Communist Party a success/./
