A special music fest will take place at Au Co Theatre, Hanoi on Dec. 19 with the participation of the most outstanding young artists from Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK).
The programme, co-organised by the RoK Cultural Centre in Vietnam and the RoK International Exchange Fund, is to mark one year of a programme named “Art Corner” which is held at 5 pm every Wednesday afternoon at the RoK Cultural Centre, a centre’s representative said on Dec. 17.
During the past year, “Art Corner” has gathered the two countries’ young artists together, contributing to boosting cultural exchange and promoting artistic talents.
The upcoming programme will see the participation of Sinawi, a popular RoK five-member band performing a blend of traditional and modern music.
From January, 2007, Sinawi organised 16 shows both at home and abroad and won a number of great music awards of the RoK./.
