With a population numbering more than 40,000, the Cham ethnic minority group in Binh Thuan province boasts a treasure trove of cultural heritage items. Over the years, the province has paid due regard to promoting Cham culture in tandem with developing local tourism.

Vietnam’s fixed broadband Internet speed in February jumped up six notches to 39th position worldwide compared to January, according to the rankings compiled by the Speedtest Global Index.

In a bid to preserve the traditional cultural identity of the K’Ho people, artisans in Ka Tung village, Đam Rông district, are working with local authorities to restore and preserve their traditional craft of brocade weaving.

A hot-air balloon festival was held on Doi Duong beach, the south-central province of Binh Thuan, on March 24 to celebrate the National Tourism Year 2023 themed “Binh Thuan – Green Convergence”.
