The new tour at Hoang Thanh Thang Long features notable highlights such as water puppetry performances that tell historical stories and the opportunity to try traditional sticky rice cakes. What sets this tour apart is that it is specifically designed as a night tour for foreign visitors in Vietnam.
Launched in January 2023, the Hoang Cung Thang Long Night tour is a unique experience that lasts for two hours. It features water puppetry and art performances that showcase the stories of Thang Long becoming the economic and cultural center of Vietnam, as well as the development of Dai Viet during the Tran and Le Dynasties, including the highlight story of King Le Loi returning the sword to the Turtle God.
Visitors will also learn about the Hoang Thanh Thang Long story through exhibits in the exhibition house and the Kinh Thien Palace area, as well as at the 18 Hoang Dieu archaeological site which spans 13 centuries of Vietnamese history.
