Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has urged developed nations to support and collaborate with poor and developing countries in three priority areas, enhancing a market economy, infrastructure development and human capital. It was part of his keynote speech at the ongoing World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of the Champions held with the theme of 'Next Frontiers for Growth' in Liaoning Province, China.
