Thailand has won the Southeast Asian Young Women's Volleyball Championship, the 2010 VNPT Cup, after defeating their Indonesian rivals 3-0 in the final match, which took place in the northern province of Bac Ninh on September 9.
In another match the same day, Vietnam earned a 3-0 victory over Malaysia to take third place.
In addition to the gold, silver and bronze prizes, the organising committee also presented other prizes and titles to the competitions outstanding players.
