Binh Phuoc looks to expand investment ties with German firms

Binh Phuoc (VNA) – The southern province of Binh Phuoc on December 8 held a virtual investment promotion conference to introduce its potential and advantages to more than 70 German enterprises.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Huynh Anh Minh believed that, German firms’ strengths and experiences combining with Binh Phuoc’s advantages would bring great and practical benefits for both sides.

Minh emphasised that when investing in Binh Phuoc, notably its industrial parks such as the Becamex - Binh Phuoc industrial and urban complex, German investors will enjoy Vietnam’s highest investment incentives and additional ones from the province.

The official stated they will have best conditions possible to implement their projects successfully and grow sustainably.

Binh Phuoc always considers investors’ legitimate interests and success its own success, he said.

Currently, the province houses 13 industrial parks spanning 6,061ha, whose occupancy rate has reached 53.5% so far.

To date, Binh Phuoc has attracted 368 projects from foreign investors, with their total investment capital nearing 3.5 billion USD. German businesses have yet to invest in the province./.
