Action month for senior persons in Vietnam

In 1990, the United Nations General Assembly voted to designate October 1 each year as International Day of Old Persons. Over the years, the elderly in Vietnam have upheld the spirit of "Elderly Age - Shining Example," serving as a strong support and a driving force in building family happiness and contributing to the community.
