Hanoi (VNS/VNA) — Amazon Global Selling has officially established a specialised team in Vietnam, facilitatinginternational sales for Vietnamese vendors.

With the new team, Amazon Global Selling will helptrain businesses about selling their products on Amazon, including creatinglists of items or using FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) services and other activities.

Bernard Tay, Amazon Singapore’s director of customerservice and director of Amazon Global Selling Southeast Asia, Australia and NewZealand, said that the launch of the Amazon Global Selling team in Vietnamwould support businesses, giving sellers opportunities to export domesticproducts as well as becoming a bridge to global customers of Amazon.

Sellers will be able to access directly 300million buyer accounts, including more than 100 million Prime customers in manyof Amazon's international markets.

Amazon Global Selling will support Vietnamese sellerswishing to expand their businesses and build trademarks.

Hoang Minh Chien,deputy director of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Vietnam Trade PromotionAgency (Vietrade), said the launch of the Amazon Global Selling team in Vietnamwould support local communication and develop better solutions to helpbusinesses./.
