Australian businesses have expressed their hope for early opportunities to invest in Vietnam’s central Quang Binh province.
They made this statement at a seminar promoting investment in central Quang Binh province, in Sydney on Feb. 9.
At the event, Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai briefed Australian companies and Overseas Vietnamese businesspeople on the province’s potential and investment opportunities in the service and tourism sectors.
Quang Binh province has preferential investment policies focused on assisting investors in training labourers, basic infrastructural construction and compensation for site clearance, he said.
At present, Quang Binh province has 27 projects with 10 focusing in developing rural areas, health care, culture and education and building tourist sites and industrial zones./.
