Bach Long Glass Bridge with a total length of 632m has been recognized by Guinness World Records (GWR) as the world's longest cliff path and officially welcomed visitors on May 28th.
The Bach Long Glass Bridge project received the investment decision in February 2020 with the capital of the first phase of 773 billion VND. This project has been under construction since the beginning of 2021.
Bach Long glass bridge has a total length of 632 m of glass and consists of 2 parts: the part spanning the cliff is 290m long, and the glass part following the cliff is 342 m long and 150m high.
The bridge is made of transparent super tempered glass of Saint Gobain, France, consisting of 3 layers of 40 mm thick and has been tested to achieve a safety factor of 6 times higher than the standard.
