Phnom Penh (VNA) - Fans will be able to watch live sports matches, especially football events, on the big screens during the 32nd Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 32) and the 12th ASEAN Para Game hosted by Cambodia.
Following the recommendation of Prime Minister Hun Sen, Khuong Sreng, Governor of Phnom Penh, has set up live broadcasts of football matches at the SEA Games in different locations to make it easier for fans to watch.
The Phnom Penh Capital Administration said on afternoon of April 25 that after receiving the recommendation of the Prime Minister, in cooperation with the working group of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, it will organise two live broadcast sites.
Thousands of people gathered at the National Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh on April 24 to receive free tickets for the men's football match between Cambodia U22 and Timor Leste on April 29.
The opening ceremony of the 32nd SEA Games is scheduled to take place on May 5 at Morodok Techo National Stadium, Phnom Penh capital./.
